Like all soya wax candles, ensure you burn the candle for long enough to melt the top surface each time you light it. This way you are far more likely to have all the wax used and a good, long burn time.

If there is a problem with your candle then please contact us in the first place and we can work out the best options up to and including returning the candle and getting a refund. If you do not like the scent of a candle and it has not been used at all, then it can be returned and refunded or exchanged.
