
A colourful and multifarious selection of our bonbons. We make them in small batches using only the highest quality ingredients and fairtrade Colombian and Belgian chocolates. From colouring the moulds, tempering the chocolate, making the fillings and carefully packing them for delivery, all of our bonbons are meticulously made by hand. Some of them have a softer centre, resembling truffles in texture, while others have a whole nut, biscuit crunch, pâte de fruits or other texture to make each bonbon its own unique experience.

Gerbeaud
Tribute to the famous Swiss-born Hungarian confectioner Émile Gerbeaud. In this bonbon you can taste the flavours of the well-known Hungarian cake of the Café Gerbeaud. Crunchy walnut praline with a honey and rum bittersweet chocolate ganache topped with apricot pâte de fruits in a milk chocolate shell.

Our Mozart
This is our version of the deservedly famous Austrian Mozartkugel. It was originally known as Mozart-Bonbon, created in 1890 by Salzburg confectioner Paul Fürst and named after Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
A ball of pistachio and almond marzipan covered in a layer of soft nougat, enclosed in a dark chocolate shell.
