Greetings card printed on a lovely delicately textured off-white surface, it comes with an attractively arty striped brown envelope.
The size is A6 / about 4x6 inches / 10x15cm (folded size), blank inside.
The image on this card is one of a series of drawings I have made that are inspired by swimming outside. Each drawing is usually about a particular swim on a particular day, in a particular place with particular friends. On the back of the cards is a little story about the swim. On the back of this one it says this:

“Still . Scary . Topic”
Swimming around the end of Clevedon Pier is not for the weak swimmer or the faint-hearted. At the back of the Victorian Pier, hidden from the land, a flagpole flies a lonely St Georges Flag. But despite its defiance: here be Dragons! Out here is the unknown where sea-dwelling monsters of the imagination lurk.
The other rear corner is marked by a Union Flag. It flies cheerfully in the 3-metre square which what3words labels as “still.scary.topic”. This may be a geolocation system composed of random words, but the label seems deviously appropriate: no matter if you’re accustomed to the Bristol Channel, the back of the pier never fails to be a disconcerting place.
